Since a week, aftermath of recent flood in Chennai, bsnl restored within 24 hours . Airtel customer like me still suffer, callous attitude, no proper commitment for faulty rectification. Most useless service . When bsnl has restored their services full fledged on my apartment & street, airtel is yet to solve my complaint.
