Hi Team,
My Airtel Broadband connection is not working for last 8 days. Every day, I call Airtel Customer care at least 5 times and they give me below reasons:
1. Call back is arranged
2. Issue will be resolved in 24 hours
3. It is escalated to Escalation team
I have even tried to call local technician assigned to my complaint every day. They does not receive the call and every time, they tells me that, they are on leave or on sick leave and they will arrange some other team member to check the issue.
There is no resolution provided till today. I had shifted my connection in last month and Airtel Thanks app showed that, Airtel fiber connection is available at new address and shifting the connection is free of cost. However local technician told me that, its not available and they charged Rs. 1000/- saying, they need to get fiber wire from far point. They looted me for 1000/- extra and they just does not resolve the issues.
On top of that, if I want to disconnect my connection with Airtel Fiber then they won't re-fund the amount as well which totally sucks. I don't have any words to express anger, disappointment. Was this information helpful? |
