[Resolved] Airtel — Fixed line not working | |
This is regarding complaint no 56922702, for fixed line number [protected].I have raised complaint on Saturday evening that my broadband and fixed line dead.Every day some one will call and ask at what time engineer can be send .After that a message will come that the complaint resolution date has been rescheduled as per discussed even though i have not rescheduled.Every day i will again call and complain about this and airtel agent will promise that it will be fixed next day, give one more chance ...etc.
tell me if you can fix or not fix this issue, and dont call and disturb asking when the engineer has to come even though he is not coming.
Because of this interruption i am not able to do work from home, if we delay to pay the due you are very proactive, if some mistake from your side why this atrocious behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |
