Airtel — Fixed line services and broadband connections | |||||
I am facing issues with two service requests, and the worst part is no one in airtel is listening. I have reached out to appellate authorities and nodal officers but they are also bunch of buffoons. One is with a new connection ref: Lead id's: [protected] and lead id: [protected]. The request was made on 23rd Dec 2015 and it has not completed till date. Another with a connection transfer request:61889966. This is pending from[protected]. And the worst part is I have not used the connection from that time and still I have paid the bill. My reuqest: Complete the pending actions quickly and waive off one months bill Was this information helpful? | |||||
