[Resolved]  Airtel Fixed Line — Without information disconnect connection

My Airtel fixed line no [protected] is disconnected due to payment issue, I made payment on 20th August 2016 through net banking.I called to customer care on 28th August they inform me that connection is active but after that I made payment again on 31st August 2016 .After payment I called to customer care 2 times but no solution from them.
I face many problem due to unavailability on broadband to finish office work.
I request to reverse my extra payment from Airtel.

My registered no is [protected] and i want to change my no to [protected].
The previous no. Is not in use now. So we can't get the OTP. Please change it.
