[Resolved] Airtel — Follo celebrities service started without knowledge | |||||
Hi, Yesterday, i. e. 6th july 2016, i received a message from airtel at 5:40 pm stating- "follo celebrities service has been activated @ rs.90 for 30 days. txn id n[protected], 06jul16 05:39. service will be renewed after validity expiry..." This was done without my knowledge and is very unprofessional for a company like airtel. Please look into the matter and ensure such things do not happen again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
