Airtel — Fooling and cheating customers | |||
Hello I had raised the issue dotel/e/2017/03022 also i had provided cancel cheque and passbook scan copy to them as they had mentioned and they committed me that within 3 days you will get account with main balance amount and last 6 months of data recharge because not able to use those data. I had talked with "seep dutt" and same day that person followup with me 3-4 times for same. After that 4-5 times i had sent followup email but they are not replying me. So, i had include the net (National escalation team) and appeallate and got call that we did not give commitment and you will not get. As a proof please find the attached mail screenshot and call record. So, its shows that airtel india gave committments here on my all past 3-4 complains are false. How can we now believe on govt. Now. I hope govt. Will take strict actions on same. If govt. Want i will provide all complain numbers in which they agreed the network issue and committed to provide refund in my bank account so prove how airtel india is cheating people of india. Now.in very high priory if i will not get justice then as a last option i need to put all complain numbers, call records and mail conversation in public domain to show people of india that how govt. Is doing false marketing of govt. Of common man but in reality they are govt. Of corporate companies. I am not able to upload call records with airtel net executive which i got call on 22nd feb 2017 from number +91 [protected] Hope i will get justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
