Airtel — For a new broadband connection | |||
We have contacted [protected], for a new broadband connection on Friday evening. The person asked us to wait as he will contact the concerned person and a guy called us regarding the connection. We gave the rental agreement and passport scan copy through email on [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com on Saturday morning. They came and took 1300/- in cash and told us he will do the installation next day. The contact number of the person who took our money is [protected]. Its been a week almost, these people are not picking up the call, after calling them multiple times they are cooking up some stories and delaying the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
