Airtel — Forced to take advance from the balance i already have and subjected to pay charges. | |
Dear sir,
i am having prepaid mobile, ([protected]) from air tel. I am not subscribing to any other service except voice calls. I have a balance of more than rs 100 on 17 aug but whenever i was trying to make a std call i was being told that the balance is less and to take advance please press one. I had no choice but to obey and pay rs 2.5 extra. On the advance of rs 10. I made a number of calls to speak to any representative on the helpline numbers available and those provided by them but they do not have such facility. Was this information helpful? | |
