[Resolved] Airtel — forceful subscription | |||
I have charged for the services like gamescentre and gamesclub that i have never applied for. The airtel company has duped me of 75 rupees in total. I request the airtel company to return the 75 rupees balance that have been deducted in my phone. The company was good until yesterday when it suddenly started charging me for services that i have never been asked for or applied for. This shows that the airtel company is duping its customers by charging them for the seevices that they have never subscrined for. Also there is no particular number provided where one can directly call the customer care to resolve the problem. This ahows the company's lack of interest concerning their customers grievances.
