Airtel — forcefull charges on international roaming | |||
Airtel activated international plan, without consent and now wants me to pay for it. I made an international trip to europe and asked for an activation of plan. I specifically mentioned i dnt need any other packs (For other countries). Instead of this, they charged me for in-transit countries and now refusing to accept their fault. Its extreme high handedness, by the company and they want its subscribers to budge and pay money for services which hasn't been asked by them. Unacceptable. I have recharge in my private mobile number [protected], Rs, 98 3GB per/day for 28 days on 15 june 2018 and I can use only for two days and now my data is not visible when I check it.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible
