Airtel — Forcefully making customers to recharge unlimited plans by not providing SMS service | |||||
Hi, Recently Airtel has increased their prepaid plans, since I am using dual sim it increases the burden on me, so I decided to port from airtel. when I tried to send a Port message, I came to know that for sending port SMS also need to have unlimited plans 150 or more from the month of July . my complaint here is I have an account balance 9rs + I had recharged 79 rs monthly plan. while recharging the account main balance ie 9 rs they never mentioned anything like this at that time any message or call beyond the current plan will be charged by the main balance. Since I have that left -outbalance they should allow us to send a PORT message. I tried to reach out to Airtel support but had no luck. Please help me on this issue and let me know whether I can complain about this problem or not Was this information helpful? | |||||
