Airtel — Forget 4g first concentration 3g please

I've been using airtel since 2004 and the days were good back then with good signal and service from them... And now they started marketing 4g where we cant even get a proper 4 bar signal. Customer care personnel says that its their only duty to forward a complaint and what happens next is non of their concern (doesn't want to reveal the name) i here such complains in our daily conversations both from my professional friends and personal friends.. I know why you are soo confident about not bothering to customer problems because you have corporate client contracts.. Guess what i have a personal and office number of airtel and for both the signal sucks... Please solve this issue before "trai" takes these complains seriously. My problem was not solved... listen to your customers.. Iam a PR & BD Executive to a reputed hotel chain and when my clients cant reach me its a huge problem.. Both my personal and official numbers are AIRTEL and from past few weeks things are getting worse with your signal issues.. one word SOLUTION
