Airtel — fraud and non payment of the refund | |||
I had my two dth connection clubbed to my mobile no. [protected], & account no. [protected] (Name : vinodkumar vyas). Accidently, i did the recharge of inr 4153 to the account no. [protected] instead of regular recharge amount of inr 2650 on 27th july, 2017. For this mistake, i asked airtel to refund the same to my bank account, but after that, i got so many calls saying that the amount has been credited to my bank account, but in reality, no where i can found it credited. I really got frustrated of settling this amount. Airtel has simply sent me the arn number which bank don't understand anything, even after that airtel is not interested to look back the mistakes happened with them.
