Hi AirTel Team,
I am writing this email in my huge disappointment with my latest bill showing in AirTel account.
I have been using Airtel SIM card since long years and due to that trust I also added one broadband connection for my home in Indore.
Now I have been relocated to bhopal due to my job, so I decided to discontinue that connection because now I am working from office and I have no use of it, also it will cost me around INR 1000.
So I called to Airtel CUSTOMER care 121 where one guy convinced me to continue connection however plan will be downgraded and it will cost monthly around INR 500, so I agreed and shared my new address of bhopal.
After 2-3 days, a person from Airtel calls me and informs that fiber cable connection is not available at my pincode.
I was disappointed and I replied to that guy to register my request for disconnection.
I paid my outstanding to clear it and was waiting for CALL TO collect the Router device, but now what I am seeing that still bill of INR 942 is showing pending for my account and when I called to CUSTOMER care, a girl says me that I have paid bill of Oct -Nov cycle and now this pending bill is for Nov - Dec cycle.
This is really ###, when I am paying my all bills timely and I am loyal CUSTOMER of Airtel, just because I want to disconnect the connection, Airtel is asking unnecessary payment to harass me.
This is really embarassing for me being a CUSTOMER who was trusting this company for GOOD SERVICEs.
It's my humble request to please check this matter, as I have already paid my outstanding balance and after that instantly i CONTACTed to Airtel CUSTOMER care to disconnect the connection.
Please review this and make clear the amount which is unnecessarily showing.
