[Resolved] Airtel — Fraud by giving false promises by Airtel and its sales rep | |||||
Airtel took new subscription by giving false promise of providing new fibreoptic plan to existing broadband plan holder at no additional cost but a free new landline instrument. No free instrument provided. Charged Rs. 1000 as activation fee. Since Mar'17 following up but not ready to refund activation fee. In spite to writing several emails to appellate authority giving contact detail and name of Airtel rep. Only dragging and harassing . Was this information helpful? | |||||
