[Resolved] Airtel — Fraud closure of customer complaint | |||
I am a new customer to airtel. Just did port in last month. Sorry to say – A pathetic service experience with such a renowned brand of India. I am facing network issue at my office, wherein I face voice clipping, call drop, distorted voice etc are very common. I tried to log a complaint on line but the same was closed without any resolution. Again I called your customer care number and logged a complaint vide[protected]with an extensive hard talks with executive and floor super visor Vatsal) Next day I received a message saying that my complaint has been resolved after discussion with engineer. The irony is no one has any discussion with me regarding closure of my complaint. I called 121 again to know the status and reason of closure of complaint, The executive told me that the complaint was closed as per discussion and there is issue in my device and surprisingly executive did not note the address. Today I logged a complaint with Nodal team vide 76499460, even the same call was either disconnected by Tahil or it was a call drop as usual. I need a nwtwork resolution by today only.
