Airtel — Fraud done against online payment of digital tv | |||||
Dear sir, I have done online payment of Rs.1504 for New connection of airtel digital tv @airtel.in on dated 1st Nov 2020. The amount is deducted from my account, but installation still not done. I have not received any message for activation, only I got thanks for payment message on website. I visited airtel store but they also unable to solve my problem. I am not able to connect to the customer care as my customer ID showing invalid. The proof of payment screenshot in enclosed. Is this fraud done by Airtel, shall I lodge an FIR against airtel, or shall I logde consumer complaint. I want my product or money back immediately. For more details call on my below number.
