Airtel — fraud international message being charged

Hi,

This is in regard of my bill in which you have charged me for sending 8 international sms which i have never sent.
I called at the customer care and the executive was so rude and she could not explain why you have charged. She said that this will happen every time you will use facetime which cannot be disabled if a person is using iphone.
I have been using vodafone since last 10years and iphone from past 2 years and this has never ever happened. First bill with airtel after porting and i got extra charges with my bill.
