Airtel — fraud plan provided | |||
I was offered a plan for my landline no. Under which it was told that i will pe provided with broadband connection of 16mbps and 100 gb data under same rental as previous. But after installation i was provided with only 2mbps speed and 50 gb data. When i contacted your airtel engineer he told me to call 121 and request upgrade to 16mbps free of cost. Telephone no. On which i called your engineer is[protected]. After which i called 121 and registered my complain and then my plan was changed to 799 rental without asking me. Now i want you to either dicontinue my connection or change my rental to previous one. Was this information helpful? | |||
