Airtel — Fraud Service of AIRTEL

I'm Saravanan from chennai. i am using airtel prepaid number for past 7 years. Now i have purchased lumia phone. It need micro sim card. So, I contacted the irresponsible airtel store in chennai. They told me to change your prepaid into postpaid. And I have changed my number into postpaid with lots of crying. It is activated after 168 hours (but the airtel shop customer said it will activated with in 24 hrs). Then I need to add on card for the same number. It has been activated( the customer care says). I am not believe the customer car.(Even they play with consumer's money). I called the customer care after a week, they told me that the add on number is not activated yet. In the mean time I was keep on calling the add on number. So, what is the game is add on number calling is being billed. Why the service providers giving these type of fraud service. Government should take action for these kind of cheating. I will go with consumer court for this. Thanks for reading this. And be aware of AIRTEL. Don't go with airtel.
