It’s been 15 days they had charges Rs 600 extra in my bill and every time I call them executive at call centre say that the charges will get removed and you will get a call back but neither charges are getting removed and not I had received any call back, and now they blocked my dth connection services,
I am a Airtel black customer where I am not supposed to pay for any service on dth as per the plan initial commitment then how this rs 600 charges in my account also if they are charging any thing to me they must take my concern which they don’t have
How can any company charge anything on my account without my consent ?? And then ask me to pay that also,
Above that I was surprised to see that after complaining for around 15 days I have to contact them again and all my previous complaints are closed on their own wish without contacting me or giving resolution to me
What a shameful act by Airtel need to raise this case now in consumer forum if I didn’t get any resolution Was this information helpful? |
