[Resolved] Airtel — Fraudulent charges occured | |||
Had a prepaid number on which many fake charges was incurred for the months of april and may 2016. When called cx care then they unable to justify the wrong charges occured and did not pay the charges back. I finally port to BSNL and I am very happy now. Airtel is looting its customers like anything, with fake advertisements abt their quality. We did not opt for any additional plan or add on services, and asked them to do not incur any charges for the same, but they deducted more than 500 Rs and did not provide back the money. mobile no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
