Dear consumer compliants,
It is very sad on the part that i being a prestigious postpaid customer jammu kashmir ([protected]) for last 10+ years, i am being deceived by airtel.
For last few months i am being given free data of around 30 gb monthly and then forward the balance to the next month and i was very much satisfied with airtel and i discontinued my jio number and i decided to use airtel for data as well as calling use.
The this month due to your technical errors i was not able to receive the bill on time, i being honest with airtel, i called them i inquired about the bill and airtel suggested me to wait for few days.
Today i checked my bill and i was surprised to see that i being being charged with rs 500/= for the data use... Which was given free to me.
How would i pay this amount and why would i pay for free data??
I am not going to pay this data use charges. I requested them please reverse these charges.
in today world rs 150/= are enough to make unlimited calls and use 1gb 4g internet per day for one month. And inspite of this i usually pay you rs 350/= for just local calling
I also wrote to them that if this behavior continues, i will close down all my postpaids as well as prepaids of airtel and will switch to jio.
I request you indian consumer complaints forum to make them remind of this data charging and reverse the amount and send me the final bill for the month. I will never ever use this postpaid net for anything. If they give me free... This is totak fake free Was this information helpful? |
