[Resolved] Airtel — Frequent disconnection with my broadband connection | |||||
Hi - i am from chennai. I have an airtel connection since 2013. Last 15 days, i was facing frequent disconnection and subsequently i have raised a complaint. But the complaint is pending for more than 15 days without any proper resolution. After visiting my place by the technical guys, my phone is also not working. Also speed of my net is 250 kbps against 2 mpbs. Technical guys are not smart enough to solve this problem quickly. Really fed up with airtel service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
