I am facing issue with my broadband service due to frequent disconnections, I have complained so many times to Airtel but no solution. I was asked to reduce my speed to 8Mbps instead of 16 Mbps, now I am not having enough speed and also facing the same issue as before.
I have taken landline connection too along with Internet, but there is always a noise while speaking on phone and now since yesterday my phone is dead.
I am really not getting why customer has to face so much of problem everywhere.
It should have been resolved on the first complaint itself or I should have been informed that they cannot resolve it and I can opt for some other provider. But they are not ready to disconnect the connection and every time saying we will resolve this.
