Airtel — Frustrated with airtel service - my new broadband connection - did not get installed

Sir,
Would like to brief you about the series of events happened for me.

1) thursday 28 may 2020, i raised request for broadband connection through airtel website.
2) i receive an sms that airtel representative with name umesh and mobile number-[protected] will contact me.
3) mr umesh contacted me to collect the required document for new broadband connection.
4) mr umesh reached my home to collect the required document (Aadhar card) from me.
5) mr umesh has filled the complete form through online, uploading my aadhar card and taking my pic (Selfie)
6) as per above mentioned process he has submitted the form which airtel i think refers to caf (Ecaf_[protected]).
7) and he said i have to pay rs 5232.00/- for six month basic plan - airtel xtreme which is basically 150 gb/month at speed of 100 mbps with free router
8) i have paid the complete amount through the link provided by him

9) i have asked why you are collecting money before confirming the documents then he said this is the process
10) when i asked in case if my document is not correct then when you will be returning my paid amount, he said within 24 hours although he as always arguing that document verification will never go wrong.
11) after showing me confirmation asked me my caf number he said, new connection is given to me now and withing 2 days engineer will come and set up the router and activate the connection
12) on saturday 30 may 2020, i received message that an engineer will visit to my house to set up the router and will activate the connection
13) i have made call to the number which i received through message and fixed an appointment of 4 pm in the evening
14) as the engineer with the name ajay visited me, he checked out the airtel line so that he can set up the router and can activate it.
15) ajay said that there is no airtel broadband line available here in my area/apartment.
16) ajay left my house saying he will cancel my connection and will provide the number o[censored]mesh's boss.
17) i have tried to reach out to umesh 100 number of times he did not picked up the call and same happened with ajay he also did not picked up the call
18) i have tried 121 the famous airtel customer care number but there is no option for new connection
19) i have tried the nodal office number also, but as per ivr there is no such option so it became very difficult to talk to any person who can understand and solve my issue.
20) now i know airtel will not be able to provide me connection as they wont have line available here, can you please credit the same amount to my account.
21) this is very frustrating and extremely tiring process, with no result at all.
