Airtel — Full benefit of 3G data recharge not received | |||
Hi, I am writing this complaint regarding my 3G data recharge benefit not received as I have recharge my airtel prepaid no.[protected] in the month of Nov'15 itself with 148 or 149 rs. Amount for 3G pack in which I supposed to get 1GB data according to special offer available in my airtel app for my number but i did not receive the same as I got only 499MB data, Also I am calling at airtel prepaid customer care since one week for same concern but still not received any correct resolution, I have spoken with senior customer care executive and I was told by him that this offer is not available for me however the Same offer is still showing in my airtel app for my number, Also when I called at CC for this issue, multiple times my call was disconnected by cc executives So would request you to please help me to get the correct resolution.
