Hi,
My data card number [protected], i raised the request for stop services (Discontinued my services) on date 12 july 2017, due to we are travelling to abroad.

Your customer care person considered my request and she told that within two working days the connection will be closed.
She told that there will be final settlement and i need to pay the amount.
Final settlement amount= rs. 3612.42 and paid on date 2nd august 2017 (Using my credit card).
Again i got ebill on my email on date 1st september 2017 amount - rs 1770/- although final settlement was done and connection was disconnected.
"one of your customer care person (Taniya parween) considered my request and she adjusted rs 1770/- and so told that further there is no outstanding amount on your number. Your number is already suspended."
Once again i got ebill rs 570.97/- on my email and although connection was disconnected.
Could you please resolve the issue and do the needful.
