I a I am a premium user of your services . I have been willing to change my plan from a long time but your customer service executives are just no coperating. This is terrible . This month bill i received was 2800 + whereas i requested for plan change 14 days ago which was not implemented. coperating. This is terrible . When i took 999 plan they offered me free local calls but after getting the bills they are saying only 2G and 3G services are free
