[Resolved] Airtel — getting no network | |||||
Dear sir I had updated my airtel sim yesterday from old to new 4g, after little while i had received one message from airtel that your sim will be activated shortly but, after that i didn't get any message from airtel and my old sim had been deactivated, after that i had checked my new sim in 4g phone, there was showing that it is activated but network was not coming then i had talked with customer care about it and she just said your sim is active but if you want to any other information send message arc pin code to 121 and did that too but, did get any information. Still now i not getting network on my sim and i am helpless to call anyone from my number. Please help me to get network on sim. Was this information helpful? | |||||
