Airtel — giving scheme and not providing that channels in that scheme | |||
My airtel digital tv customer no is-[protected] i called customer service to know abt the cheapest pln the customer service executive said 299plan in that i will get all south channels except english movies told her.then i told her to activate that plan.but she not activated my plan and my dish got suspended in 15days then i called again talked with senior he refunded me the amount and told that the plan charges has been increased to316 he told me to recharge 116rs more.then i did that recharge.but when i recharged most of the tamil channels and other channels were not coming.which the customer service agent told me it will come.now they are not activating the suspended channels.and the cs agent talked very rudely with me and the senior agent is not bothered about my problem he said jo krna hai kr lo jo ukhadna hai ukhadlo.and said nothing can be done in this i am frustated with this type of behaviour Was this information helpful? | |||
