[Resolved] Airtel — Got cheated by 399 plan | |||||
I recharged my phone with the 399 plan yesterday. On the website nowhere it is mentioned that this plan is valid for a specific handset/sim. Upon recharging i get a message that says that it can only work on a 4g handset with u sim. What is that supposed to mean to a customer? I feel cheated for spending money on something that does not work. Airtel has become highly disappointing these days. I am surprised to see that to talk to a customer care officer i have to pay money. What is happening? I might as well move to a different operator than staying with airtel.
