[Resolved] Airtel — Gsm postpaid | |||
I used Airtel GSM POSTPAID internet purpose under the tariff plan. I paid the bill according to the plan every month. But year it charges higher according to the plan. I asked about the bill but told extra usage bill. That month I was not used the internet properly due to network problem. So continuesly 2-3 months charging same extra. So I was not paid that. So they disconnected the services. Now after one year of duration I got the mail from airtel paid that due bill otherwise proceed legally. What can I do please guide me. Jan 21, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Not resolved still I have a issue. Customer executive called me regarding the issue but that time they have a server problem due to this every time they tell call you later. But issue still is there. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
