[Resolved] Airtel — Handset Bundled Offer is not provided for 2nd month | |||
Hi, I have bought Moto G (2nd gen) on 18th october with an offer for 1GB 3G data for 2 months. I have activated this offer by visiting airtel offer page in my mobile. I have used the service for one month(20th october to 19th nov). But they started charging before it exceeded the limit. I was not aware of this. As soon as i found that, i called up the customer care to lodge a complaint. Then raised a complaint and they said that we will activate the HBO(handset bunbled offer) by 12 pm. But it was not done so. they closed the request. Again in the evening i called up to ask for the reason. some floor manager spoke to me to check in *121*11#. I believe he is not wise enough to understand my problem. checked the code but nothing was there. Again i called to raise a complaint, they said we will activeate it by 24th. but on 20th itself got a message saying all the due recharge benifits are credited to your account. they did not do as usual. I have all the necessary details with me. Complaints no CBNRD[protected] and CWRCH[protected]. I dont know why they have to provide offer and trying to cheat customers.
