Airtel — handset secure | |||
Hi, My self faizan jamil, my airtel mobile num is [protected]. I am writing this mail to inform you that i have handset secure policy enable with my airtel post paid plan. I have submitted the claim as per policy but it got rejected stated i was late to inform concern team regarding accident. My phone got damage on 12th oct late evening but due to some other work i could not inform airtel. First i have tried to submit the claim by 14th oct but due to some technical i was unable to do that i called airtel @ 198 registered an sr regarding error. Next day i. E. 15th oct i got a call from airtel team and they told to try again as it might happened due to technical error. I tried again but fail to submit to submit as “submit claim” but was not enable. After the support of airtel executive and lots of fail effort i submitted my claim on 18th oct at around 9: 45 am. But unfortunately i got i call from airtel secure team and told that my claim got rejected as i was late to inform airtel. Kindly look into above matter and help me to avail the benefit under airtel secure policy. Do let me know if you need any further details from my end. Looking forward for you positive response.
