Airtel — harassed by airtel dth | |||
Im airtel digital tv user, please help, i am totally harassed by airtel, since few days and aren't solving my problems My airtel digital tv customer id [protected], i had installed airtel internet tv at my home and im not satisfied with it, without recharge no features are working thr internet features and recordings feature both, if i can't view my things without recharge why should i use it, and the customer care person also didn't gave me full information about these limitations, and when i wanted to talk about it to them they say there will be call from higher person regarding this situation, but i waited 4-5 days there call didn't came., when i want to change my pack there was a channel customisation option on channel no 998 but now it shows this channel doesn't exist, the in app customisation isn't working, i m totally harassed and want my old set top box back, so pls provide any help regarding this matter or i will go to consumer court for this, my name is manoj and my mobile number is [protected].
