[Resolved] Airtel — Harassment and bill generation of airtel broadband from last 3 months even after request for disconnection | |||
Telephone no: [protected] (Broadband) Relationship no: [protected] Dear sir/madam, This is to bring your attention that i was using the above mentioned no for my internet propose. From the beginning airtel is fooling me with extra charges. I have raised complaints many times in customer care and in local airtel service center. From last 3-4 months i have requested airtel many times (Via customer care/ local airtel service store) to disconnect my connection as they are looting me from beginning. They have charged me sometimes double as local agent didnt update my payment on system, still i have paid. Last to last month, i again requested them for disconnection to both customer care and local agent, they told me to settle the amount and they will disconnect. I have done the same as suggested by them. They harassed me many time on call for the payment. They threat me and asking my location to harm me. One day one of the airtel executive come to my home in my absence. He behaved very rudely with my wife and also threatened her. I raised the complaint to customer care also and they promised me to take the action. Now today i am getting frequent calls from monica ([protected]) for the payment. She is behaving very rudely and harassing me. I also have audio recording. I will post this on social media if i dont get any solution. I told her that i have made several request for disconnection and done full and final payment but she is not listening are telling me to pay rs 4000. I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and disconnect my connection and refund my money which i have paid in last 2-3 months after my request of disconnection Further i want you to update me on the action taken on local agent for harassing me and my wife.
