Airtel — Harassment

I have paid 2410 on 08/09/2015 and got confirmation SMS that I am activated for 12 months subscription under current plan. Yesterday i.e. 23rd Dec 2015 I received SMS saying my subscription will be expiring in next 5 days.. I have spoken to your call center and the lady said it is your server mistake (technical issue) and she will rectify the issue and address to her seniors and today again I got reminder SMS saying my service will be expiring in 4 days. what nonsense this is.. Or is the case this is your normal practice to harass customer by sending such SMS please clarify !! Regards Makarand Wadekar
