Airtel — Harassment for customer

Registered landline number[protected] which is also a broadband connection. Raised multiple complaints regarding frequent disconnection.

Hope airtel understands how important the internet is in lockdown and how much torture and harassment they have already given me.
Finally i have requested them to disconnect the broadband and landline and after 10-15 request they have finally done it but still they have the audacity to send bill.
Already requested them that as your internet didn’t worked from last 2 months on what basis i will pay the bill and i am already paying another internal bill as you are not able to deliver the services.
Still they sent bill. Already marked email to mr. Gopal vittal multiple times but i think he is not interested in reading customer issues and resolving them correctly. On the other side he keeps sending auto mated email how airtel is keeping connected in lockdown (Pathetic)
Also, on dth part i requested them to provide adapter of dth because that is not working and on that part they quickly asked 200 rupees for that plus visit charge of technician. This is what service airtel is offering.
If they are not able to provide service they will not reverse the charges but if customer asked for adapter then they tell you 100 pages of terms and conditions and ask for charges.
This is my last and final request to waive off the bill and send a written confirmation or my next step is legal notice (Even if they don’t mind) because ultimately i am a cust+mer (Pain se maro) that is what airtel motto is.
