Airtel — harassment from airtel for the already paid bill | |||
Worst customer service i ever came across. They even don't have a system which updates the bill payment details. They will daily call twice and ask to pay the bill even though it has already paid. Also abuse you if you ask any questions back. Customer care also pathetic and they don't have any connectivity within different departments of airtel. They blindly give some false promises which never fulfilled. This my personal experience and never recommend airtel to anybody Was this information helpful? | |||
