Hi there, this is in regards to my visit to your so called Customer Relationship outlet in Yelahanka & Manyata Tech park, my experience with your guys has been worst ever, i cant believe that to get a micro SIM issued i had to visit your both outlet 3 times & yet unsuccessful, its nothing but harassment. Your process is pathetic, its not consumer friendly, i did not understand the following points, can you please help me understand:
1 why do you need address proof & photo from an existing customer to issue a new micro SIM - you should be having that already
2 why do you need photo to update my address
3 why should i fill 2 separate forms to update address & issue a micro SIM, your form already have an option of checking the respective boxes & provide info
4 why do you need front & back copy of AADHAR card, front has all the details you need
5 why all the info a customer need to know is not provided in the 1st visit Was this information helpful? |
