This company should certainly be banned.
They simply harassing customers. The country needs better services & better people.
I have a broadband connection for one and a half year . Everything was all fine however the internet did not work for some days In the month of November . I called AIRTEL to get refunded however they denied and I because was not happy asked to cancel account.
They took request but the next day I had call from airtel asking to take cancellation request back since they resolved my problem giving refund.
I took my request cancellation request back.
Everything got sorted ..Things were going fine for some days and then all of sudden MY ACCOUNT got disconnected for NO REASON.
It's been 15 days & I have spoken more then 20 people having long conversation s many times where I was put on hold for more then 30 minutes. I am feeling as if I'm been harraesd.
Please look into and get this fixed.
I could write bur many could not. They just suffer.
