Airtel — Hefty bill after upgrading airtel black

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have this unexpected billing surprise for which I had spoken to airtel customer care as well.

I want to highlight that I was very happy customer till last month when using airtel family plan. I was paying INR 1178 without any issues.
Then I got call from airtel representative offering the airtel black plan insisted to take dth connection. (Attached recording).
I was ensured by the representative that the billing will not change after downgrading the default plan to Rs. 153. I agreed to try dth on this basis.
I followed the same and downgraded the dth subscription as discussed. I am sure that while submitting the dth plan by clicking Rs 153 plan nothing extra showed on total charges. I got into impression that the default plan has been changed successfully and I don't have to worry about it.

But few days later when bill generated I got shocked with the bill amount.
When queried with customer care, she said that I have been charged for some sort of service called akash services.
I don't know how this got added and what this service does. To be honest the dth just sits in rack, I am barely using it.

I am now in a situation and in to thinking that why I even picked the agent call to get agree on airtel black with dth.

Can you to please solve my issue?

I don't want to end up paying for something I didn't wish for.

Please consider to remove the additional charges. I hope you could understand from user point of view that it looks totally unfair when you get a bill for services which you never wanted or opted.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
