[Resolved] Airtel — High charges on airtel bill on international roaming and internet usage of my mobile number [protected] | |||
I had enabled by international roaming for a short time for my airtel mobile [protected]. T was just enablement @140/month which i had subscribed. When i enabled it there had been no intimation on the rates. Suddenly i started getting sms es on 26th feb night that the data usage was 8.953 kb and suddenly it jumped upto 19 kb.. Incidentally i had not used data at all during that time and kept my phone in off state i. E. Data mobile off. When I got the bill from feb20, 2017 till mar19, 2017, the bills have come exorbitantly high and i can in no way think that such can be the international charge for roaming and using data. It is airtel who has chosen a vendor in nl and germany with no suggestions and intimations and there was no warning provided to me when i enabled it. When i reached inr 8953, i stopped all data connection and roaming but still the charges kept on increasing every day. I need a clear explanations as to how the bill can be so high as i am in real stress to pay such a big bill and when i have not used the data connection Here is what it came in my sms On 21st feb - it was inr 3164 On 26th feb - it was inr 8953 at 17:20 cet On 26th feb - it was inr 11032 at 23:00 cet On 27th feb - it became inr 19000 at 9:20 cet I did not use data at all from 17:20 cet on 26th to 27th 9:20 cet as soon as i received sms that inr 8953 had been charged Was this information helpful? | |||
