Airtel — High internet charges

I was a subscriber of Airtel for last more than 8 years and recently for my windows phone, I have activated internet pack which I got confirmation from airtel also. But, they have charged Rs. 2000/- for internet and when I approached Airtel they are not ready to reverse the same. Also they are confirming that internet pack has been activated but again deactivated for reason no one knows.

Morever, when i was on travel (during May 25 to 29th), Airtel have called all my relatives and kins and used very very abusive and unparlimentory languages.
