Airtel — hopeless service | |||
1. Recently i moved from bsnl to airtel with the hope of better services. 2. The sim got damaged in a couple of weeks and a new sim was issued at a cost of rs. 30.00 on 6th oct 20117 at 17.00 hrs. 3. The 'guys' at the counter assured me that the new sim will be activated within 4 to 24 hrs. 4. Even after three days and eighteen hours and ten errands to the 'airtel counter' at santosh nagar, hyderabad, sim has not been activated. 5. All my banking transactions are stalled for want of otp. 6. Can anybody help/guide me to get my sim activated. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel Service Specialist on 10/11/2017 says that "One of our resolution specialists will update you on the status of your complaint within 72 hours (3 days)."
May be it would be apt, if Airtel shifts units of measurement of service time from hours to weeks.
