Airtel — horrible services

I am 60 years old senior citizen. I had two DTH connections. Out of which I stopped using the first one and requested for its disconnectionvsince I do not use it anymore. I have been complaining them from past 2 months to disconnect it. I have made numerous number of calls to their customer care and spoke with all the senior advisors yet the issue has not been resolved. I took the monthly plan of 260 rupees and Airtel has cost me 1500 rupees since they love to loot people with their horrible services.
This is the most horrible experience I have had from Airtel. I would never buy anything from them. They are the worst service providers.
Still if Airtel company has any shame left, they would certainly sort my problem.
