Airtel — horrid network

I have raised complaints multiple times to improve the network connectivity. The network bars are good but the connectivity is very very bad. I have to face drop calls 99 % of times.
Even after raising complaints nothing has been done. The customer representative tells that the issue is fixed and it is actually not.

Hi team,

Airtel prepaid SIM card [protected] was used by me till 2015. Then lost the card. Now I see someone using this number. The person has uploaded inappropriate profile picture on Whatsapp too using this number. Please block this SIM asap.
