Airtel — hotspot 4g device is not working - it is within warranty period | |||
The hotspot device with connectivity was taken from airtel own retail shop at belgharia, north 24 parganas, west b3engal on 05.08.2019. It has a warranty period of 12 months which is expairing on 04.08.2020. From 28.06.2020 the device is not working. I made a complaint to airtel through customer care on 01.07.2020 vide complaint reference[protected] for resolving the issue. I did not get any reasonable reply for replacement of the machine. After my call again to airtel customer care i have got an sms that "your complaint has been resolved at your satisfaction. It is a postpaid connectivity, and the company is sending monthly bill without ressolving the problem . Company is taking monthly bill from me without enabling me to use it, by not resolving it.
